Just purchased a Samsung 50” model UN50TU700DFXZA on July 12th and Samsung TV Plus only worked for approximately 3 hours. Now it stays as a black screen while it attempts to load then I get the blue screen telling me to retry. I have attempted power cycling, rebooting modem from both ends, manually setting the DNS TO 22.214.171.124. and nothing! So frustrating and extremely disappointing! What else can I do?

Still having problems. Spoke with Samsung and told to open ports - which I did - it worked for about 30 min. I have another Samsung TV - older model - no problem with Samsung TV Plus. Same Network same distance.
