I own a Samsung UN55KS8000 where suddenly this morning the picture disappeared and in its place a random series of vertical green/blue (sometimes orange/red) lines appeared. The audio still works.
By reading the community board I notice that this appears to be a common problem after a few years.
The TV info is the following:

Can you please help me resolve this issue?

Mine happened this morning too!! it was working perfectly last night and when i turned it on this morning, green vertical lines appeared, audio was working, i contacted samsung support on twitter and the response i got was to contact a technician to do an out of warranty repair. I bought mine nov of 2016, its not even 5yrs! a $1000 tv should last atleast 10 or more years.
i donβt know what to do T_T
