Hello, I have been following the online and TV instructions on how to connect my TV to the internet and each time the message
"Unable to connect to the network." Keeps appearing. I select the correct network and enter the correct pw and nothing happens.
This suddenly started happening so I exchanged the modem (took the old one to cabel and got a new one). It still happened so I called cable. The lady walked me through all the steps and she saw no problems on their end. After a few more tries it worked. That was last week. Last night it happened again. I cannot connect my TV to the network.
Same thing is happening to me - started recently. The connection issue comes and goes on its own. Last night, tried "reset network" - did not work, then later the same night the tv was able to connect to the network. This morning "unable to connect to network".
