Samsung controller problem.

So this is a new issue for me. Have had this Samsung TV for like 2 years now, never had a problem. Somehow the original controller doesnt seem to work on my tv. Keep getting a NOT AVAILABLE message on the screen. The sensor flashes when I press buttons on the controller. Control stays flashing red. New batteries in. Tried paring it still says NOT AVAILABLE. But.....TV turns off when I press the power button. Turns back on when power button is pressed. Still the issue remains when I'm back on home screen. 

Any help is greatly appreciated .

I havnt found a solution yet. im thinking it imight be my batteries idk. you're beat bet is probably buying a brand new remote though.

Was worried about that. Might have to get a new one....

Turns out, I just disconnected the TV. Waited a few minutes and connected it back. Now it gave me a message that it was pairing with the remote. Works now. Hope this helps you out also. @tylerg2001

maybe I have my remote disconnected aswell. how do you connect it to the TV again?

Pressed the BACK button and PLAY at the same time to pair with TV.
