Now that I'm starting to get HDR content on Netflix and Disney Plus I've been getting problems with my Samsung TV.
The picture on HDR content (through the smart hub) is dark and washed out. I've got the same problem across Netflix, Rakuten, and Disney Plus.
I was on the line with a support engineer but they couldn't fix and have washed their hands of it (my TV was bought more than a year ago). They've suggested I use my extended warranty (which I luckily bought). However, I've seen other threads suggesting HDR on frame TVs is dark and washed out.
It feels pretty outrageous to be brushed aside when it looks like a systemic issue.
