Have 65" 4k uhd model number UN65NU6900FXZA. Screen intermittently flashes black and sound cuts out. Does this while on dish and also in the Netflix app through dish network. If the netflix app on the tv is used there are no problems. Have contacted samsung support and they factory reset which didnt work. Contacted dish and tested multiple hdmi ports on the tv and also new hdmi cable. They sent a new receiver. Set it up and problem continues.
Is the TV plugged into the wall outlet or a surge protector?
What happens when you plug it into the wall outlet? Does it still flash the black screen or does it stop?
