Dear Samsung, I purchased UN65KU7000F on 8/21/16 and I’m afraid it’s going to start a fire in my house. Pictures show the bottom right hand side of the screen to have some kind of light distortion and it is so hot to the touch that it will burn your skin. I know the warranty was for 1 year but I was wondering if this should be considered a recall for safety reasons. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
At this time there are no recalls on any of our TV models. We would be happy to look into this further though if you wouldn't mind shooting me a message here with the below information:

Messaged you. Exact same thing happened to me! Lower left hand corner of the TV is melted and the screen doesn't work on that side now. This is absolutely crazy that there hasn't been a recall, this is a scary fire hazard and a miracle that there haven't been any significant injuries. This is in reference to the Samsung 50" TV Samsung UN50J6200.
