I have Samsung 6 series Smart TV UE55MU6470.
When I ran GLWIZ app earlier. It came up with the following messege ' the app has been terminated and is no longer available ' and asked me if I wanted to delete it. I then went to apps and found that the GLWIZ app was no longer there. So I cant even reinstall the app.
I did a smart hub reset and still no joy. I thought changing region would do the trick, but only have United Kingdom and Ireland available. Could someone help please and see if they can still find the GLWIZ app in their app store or is it just mine? Can anyone suggest a solution other than the above please?
I appreciate all your help and advices to get the app back up and unning.
I bought Smazon Fire Stick and downloaded GLWiZ then called GLWiZ customer service and got the token code so I can use GLWiZ while they are fixing the App on Samsung!
I did too and only worked for two weeks and today I get a message on my TV, that my subscription to GLWiZ has ended. I called GLWiZ Costumer Support and there was no answer.
please Help me
