Channel and Network functions are greyed out in menu and do not operate, cannot be accessed. Qwerty and Blu-ray player remotes cannot power off the TV, both remotes only power on TV. Otherwise both remotes operate ok, except for accessing the Channels and Network functions. Qwerty remote was tested on demo Samsung SmartTVs at Best Buy. My Qwerty powers Best Buy demos on and off.
