A few weeks ago, we noticed that the TV was not very loud. I thought that it was my husband because he has problems hearing, However, when I checked we had gone to 100 on the sound and it still wasn't loud enough for the room. We purchased a sound bar not knowing that the bar could not increase a sound component not available on the TV. After signing up online for a telephone call using my warranty, during the troubleshooting, it was indicated as a software issue that was not covered by our current warranty. I was disappointed about what happened to such a new TV - Samsung 5 Series. I felt that the service warranty served no purpose.
