I recently purchased two 8000 series TVs and they both disconnect from the WiFi CONSTANTLY! My WiFi signal is fine and other devices have no problem staying connected to my network. The only thing that works is to reset the Network Settings and then reconnect. It's so annoying - I've seen similar posts, does anyone have a solution that worked for them?

I am sorry to hear about this. Please perform a cold boot on the television using the following steps.
With the television on, press and hold the Power button on the remote until the unit powers off and back on.
Reconnect to the WiFi network.
If you continue to have trouble after the cold boot, send the full model and serial numbers to this PM Link.
