I have a Samsung Smart TV model number UN43NU6950F. I cannot cast my Windows 10 computer screen to my tv. I have gone into setting on my computer and clicked display. I then click Connect to Wireless Display. I select my tv on my computer. The tv then starts to cycle and displays the name of my computer. It then displays an error message that reads, "TV PLUS is not available. Check your network connection and try again."
I have confirmed both my computer and tv are on the same wireless network. I have tried reconnecting mulitple times. I always get the same error message.
