Samsung should hire you as a tech. Your solution was the solution for me. I've been fooling around with this for days including doing factory reset (as recommended by Samsung) which blew away all my streaming services and fixed nothing. The techs on this thread say 'factory reset' and 'glad you got it working' when someone mentions reset to Google's DNS, unplugging from the wall, etc. They are completely useless. You on the other hand deserve a big Thank You!
