I'm dealing with a similar situation. I purchased a frame TV in November 2020 with a $120 YouTubeTV promo which was never delivered. I have contacted support numerous times and they have NOT been helpful at all. I doubt Samsung will ever honor this promotion which still shows on my invoice as "Delivered".
Would really appreciate some help from someone competent at Samsung to resolve this.
