TV not display in SmartView and Samsung Dex device pairing list

My TV Model: UA50TU7000KXXV

My phone using SmartView and SamsungDex: S21 Ultra
Both connected to the same wifi, which has a bandwidth 5Ghz.

Issue: I'm using my phone to connect with the TV via SmartView and SamsungDex, but my TV was not displayed on the device paring list.

I was reset my phone network setting but still not work.

Please help, thanks!

turn of tv and on again. I noticed tv smart view only works if you turn tv on and off to restart. apart from that smart view will not work .it is frustrating

I did try your instruction, there was an option to use SmartView with the TV, but my phone keeps showing Connecting to TV like forever, nothing after.

yes I experience that too , it never connected . what I do is restart the tv sometimes it works like that.

oh, how to restart the TV? is that just turn off and on again?

yes ..that's what I do..seems like it picks up the tv signal only after u newly restart the tv ..i.e turn on and off again..I don't know why samsung can't fix this ..it's ridiculous

please fix smartview!!!! can no longer connect.. worked great before...so much so I convinced my inlaws to get a samsung TV. now no casting functionality at all !!!!!
