Hi.  We have a new TU7000 55" TV bolted to the wall of our sub-basement.  There's no networking at all down there - neither wireless nor wired.  Not even a cellphone signal gets down there.  What I'm trying to figure is how to permanently dismiss the "Terms and Policy" setup that reappears each time the TV is turned on.  If I go to settings the Terms and Policy menu item is greyed-out I assume because no network is available.  

I mean, I get that a TV like this can gain a lot from having networking available, but not being able to even dismiss the T&Cs without having networking is kind of frustrating.
