Hello!
I have my Samsung Smart TV 4K (model: UA65NU7100) working all fine, and all the apps that were previously downloaded working fine, but now that I am trying to enter the main APPS page, to download a new application, I can not enter that page.
Any pre-downloaded apps are working, but the main samsung app page does not simply open, and whenever I click on the APPS tab, it goes back to the HDMI.
Please help, I already cold reset it, by holding the power button, and unplugging the tv, but no use.
