UE55TU7100 terrible picture!

Hi, 

I just recently treated myself to a Samsung UE55TU7100.  Set up was fine but once I started watching Netflix and playing games and watching normal TV it became apparent that the picture quality was terrible. People and moving objects always blur and ghost across the screen. Black areas of the screen are always blocky and pixilated. Furthermore the screen seems to flicker randomly and can only be stopped by turning off the TV.

Reading some reviews I've noticed people having the same issues. 

I love samsung and hope this can be fixed somehow.

Please help!
