HI,

I am having trouble connecting my TV to the Home Wifi. It was working for more than 2 years without any issues. but 2 days all of a sudden it stopped connecting. To my surprise, TV is the only device I am not able to connect to Wifi. All other devices are working perfectly fine. Can you please help in resolving the issue.

Try unplugging the TV and then log out of the wifi on the TV and log back in. Also try unplugging your modem and router for 10 seconds and make sure everything is plugged in tight. Then try again

Thanks for the response! I mean able to connect to wifi now. But when I try to launch any app, it says “Unable to connect to Samsung server”.

can you please suggest any possible solution?
