Unable to connect to samsung server

Just bought the tv and im im having trouble connecting to samsung server

Have tried resetting password, unplugging and and plugging back in after 5 mins

Non of it works

Model code : UA43RU7100KXXT

Can someone please provide a solution for this issue. Thanks in advance

Thank you for this question, I understand your concern and it seems like you cannot successfully connect to the TV internet browser? Typically in this siutation the first troubleshooting step would be to factory reset the TV then reconnect to your internet and you should be able to connect successfully. 

 

I've attached an image to help you guide to the menu and factory reset the TV.

The model you provided seems to be a international model, can you confirm this?

I would also try to reset your Modem/Router to see if the settings on the incoming internet may be having restrictions. 

 

If you try to access the Web on TV after resetting both the Modem and TV. Please try to call 1-800-SAMSUNG for international support.
