Tried soft reset (hold power for 3 secs), no change. Network is working fine, evidence I can watch TV without issue.
What I cant do is login with Samsung account, so no updating or installing apps. Certain voice commands don't work unless your logged in, that is suspect?
Read other posts, still a problem with a proper solution.
This might sound strange, but when you set up the tv did you go through the tv remote setup or the smartthings app route? When I setup my Crystal UHD, I noticed you are forced to use the smartthings app, or else a 'server maintenance' message pops ups when you try to accept the Terms and Conditions. Maybe you can try factory reseting the tv (which I know is freaking annoying) and redo the tv setup via smartthings app.
