Recently discovered a white spot on the lower half of my TV screen. It only is visible when bright, fairly bright, or just barely dark colors appear on the screen. But when the screen goes black, the spot disappears. It's almost appears like a dent on the screen, but the screen is perfectly unharmed. If anyone can help, that'd be great!Spot on top of the washing machine door.Spot on top of the washing machine door.Spot right beneath the table.Spot right beneath the table.Spot right visible on white color.Spot right visible on white color.

I'm sorry to hear that, does this occur on all sources and during the picture test? Also how long have you had this TV?

Yep. It occurs on all sources, including the picture test. I've had it since 2017, I believe? It was a replacement TV given after the TV before this one suffered a different type of picture damage. Now considering just getting a new Samsung TV altogether instead of going forward with the repair.

This will require service, you have a couple of options based on your warranty.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
