All three are up to date and running on the same WiFi network.

I have the same problem! Was on with tech support who had no idea what was going on. I suspect it is not compatible with IOS and they did not disclose in their advertising...😕
Just got my Q9 & same problem
however I’ve sorted it,
my tv was plugged in via a network cable & my iPhone was on wifi
i unplugged the network cable from tv & setup wifi connection
....then it worked
tv & phone/device should both be on same network and using same method eg both WiFi or both cable

ps you do have to wait up to 2 minutes for your photo’s on phone to be accessed , be patient whilst the swirling circle is present
