Hello Samsung Community-
I have been a loyal Samsung customer for many years. Given their great track record with televisions, I always purchase Samsung TVs. The picture and overall quality of the product are consistently great. That is why I am so disappointed with my current television. I purchased a 75" MU8000 in December 2017. It has developed the problem of vertical banding and it is getting worse. The TV is out of warranty but is certainly not old enough that I should be running into this type of problem. From reading other posts on here, it seems that this is a common problem for this particular model of television. Has anyone found a fix for this? Can Samsung be of help in resolving this problem? I love this brand and absolutely loved this television before the vertical banding started.
Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, I went through all the troubleshooting on my own as well as with the Samsung support folks via text. It appears that this is common problem on this particular model of television. There does not appear to be a solution that i have found yet.
