Disney+ should be able to work on your tv model. Try uninstalling the app and redownloaded it from the store again. Sometimes during an app update, there could be glitches.

The problem to your situation can be that your TV may not be compatible with the Disney+ stream services.
Most models made after 2016 are but those made before that are not compatible due to the Disney+ application launching late last year.
If your TV is newer than the 2016 model a simple update to the Tizen OS should do the trick.
If not. Of course I’m not suggesting getting a new TV just to be able to use your Disney+ application, but an alternative streaming service may be needed to be used in order to download the application such as any entertainment gaming system or Comcast perhaps.
Personally I currently Use my PS4 for Disney+ due to having an older smart TV.

Hi there, my tv is new and on the list but when i go to the apps sections and select the Disney+ app theres a message saying its not compatible?? Is there a way around this?
