JUMP TO SOLUTION

55ku7000fxza tv-----all channels were ok.

I reset smart hub on the tv.  no audio on one channel.

I do get audio on that same channel on my other samsung tv.

Comcast infinity is the provider.

I have tried changing sap to no avail.

I did find a solution from Comcast.  I can go to the station that is a problem and bring up the SAP for that station.  For some reason, it was on Spanish and not English.  That worked the problem.

Previously, I had check the SAP but only on the TV settings.

I don't know the current software version.  I haven't updated it but know how to do it.  The channel is Gameshow.  The puzzling thing about this is that the sound does work on Gameshow on the other tvs.  Makes me think it is definitely with this tv.  Should I update the software?

JUMP TO SOLUTION

It seems your software is up to date, I would yo factory reset the TV, You can do that by doing the following.

  1. Open Settings, and then select General.

  2. Select Reset, enter your PIN (0000 is the default), and then select Reset.

  3. To complete the reset, select OK. Your TV will restart automatically.

  4. If these steps don't match your TV, navigate to Settings, select Support, and then select Self DiagnosisReset will be located in that menu. You can also check the user manual for exact instructions for your TV model.
