my amazon prime video quit working. i deregistered it as was told to do and tried to register it again but don't know how to get the number from the tv. when i go to that prime app it just circles. all my other apps work
Have you tried contacting Amazon regarding this? Have you tried unplugging the unit for 5 minutes?
