samsung app and internet@Tv does not work after resetting
I have a Samsung UN65C6500VFXZA that I never used. I just got streaming TV service and tried to use the Internet@TV. it worked initially, but I could not search for a srevice (Like Comporium), so I reset the TV and now it does not work at all. I tried to update and it says that I have the newest. I did notice that my TV has software 1037 and when I looked up the newest software online it was 1035. I tried to download the software online to a USB flash and it would not download. PLEASE HELP!
