Not sure the problem Have my ks9000 hooked to my pioneer sc97 receiver via one connect box for about 4 years now, when I turn the tv on first time in the day everything is fine . But when I shut it off and turn it back on again an hour or 2,3,4,5,6 hours later there is no sound from my receiver. But the next morning I turn it on and sound is working again.Same thing happens again if I shut it off and turn it back on this has been going on for 5 days. Now today no sound. Did all the resets cable checks no sound now. All settings are correct. If streaming the sound from the tv speakers always work. Is the problem with the one connect box. I dont think it is the receiver.Thanks

Hello, try to connect a different device to the unit. If it has sound then service is not required and you would reach out to the manufacturer of your receiver.

 

Also, perform a Sound Test and test the HDMI cables. You can find the instructions in the link below.
