A Series & Other MobileI have a Samsung Galaxy M53 5G. I received the option to update to One UI 7.0 yesterday (16/07/25) which I did. Since the update my phone is constantly working on 4G (LTE/LTE+) and is not connecting to 5G Network. Prior to the One UI update, it had no issue connecting to 5G and providing reliable data speed and connectivity. My Network provider is JIO. I cross checked my plans and it had no changes.
I humbly request assistance in this issue. If any other details are needed, I will provide them as per the received instructions.

A Series & Other MobileThanks for reaching out. Support for US products is the focus of this forum. As your device is a non-US model information is severely limited. We kindly suggest that you use this link to look for a support team in the area your product was manufactured in: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite/
Additionally, if you scroll to the bottom of the page on the website for your region, you might discover that your nation provides its very own support forums, just like this one! Just look for the Community Option.
Be sure to click " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.
