A12 screen has gone black after forced restart

Okay, so I've been having problems with it for a while now. The screen is cracked, and on occasion (now every time) I slip it into my pocket or just lay it down somewhere, the screen turns off. If I'm watching a video on YouTube, it'll keep playing. The screen just won't turn on unless I smack it around a couple times. Over the past couple weeks, it's been doing it more frequently. Now, after a particularly bad white screen where I couldn't access the screen, I attempted a force restart. Now, the screen's not working at all. 

Any help?

Hey Normal_Dudez, Welcome to the Community. It's disappointing when your phone quits working.

Its sounds like the screen damage has gotten worse since it was cracked. If you are wanting to keep the phone, you would need to look at getting the screen repaired.
