A Series & Other MobileWhat are you trying to accomplish? Either your phone is not capable, being the lowest model budget phone, or it's called something else. It would be helpful to know what you are trying to do.

A Series & Other MobileYou mean your home wi-fi router? For what reason, if you are connected to your home wi-fi and your home wi-fi network(s) show up in your connections list, your router is there. If you are looking to be able get into your router settings from the phone, you would have to do that from the router's web page by going into a browser, typing in the router's IP address and logging into the settings. In all the years I have been using smart phones, I never saw (nor needed) a WLAN setting in the phone's settings. Even on my computer, I have to go to the router's home page to see it. Even when I was in IT, I was only able to see hubs/routers from the server to see which computers were connected to which routers, not from individual computers.

A Series & Other MobileThat's all it's going to say. Click Settings then Connection then Wi-Fi and you'll see available connections select your router put in your secret code and your connected. A15 5G is a very good budget phone, Samsung Electronics Inc made huge improvements from the A14 to A15. I guess some folks have not caught up to the fact, lol.
After I click settings, then connection, then WIFI, I do not see a list of available connections.
What I do see is available networks, one them is spectrum mobile.
My router is not listed anywhere

A Series & Other MobileSpectrum mobile is the default name for your home network. You would have to go into your Spectrum app and set up your router with your own SSID (network name) and password for access. The Spectrum people who set up your internet should have told you this. If your phone and internet service is provided by Spectrum mobile, they should assist you in setting this up.
