A35 does not have a usb options panel

I have lost the usb options panel. When I plug in a OTG drive I use to get the USB options panel so I can transfer files. When I plug it in now I have nothing showing up. 

Any suggestions? Seems to be beyond the people on the chat service.

I have checked the drive on my samsung tablet and it worked perfectly.

I have never gotten an options panel, I just plug in my drive and it appears in the file manager and I can transfer files between the phone and drive.
