A35 stuck on September 2025 Google Play System Update

Has anyone with a Samsung Galaxy phone received the October 2025 Google Play System Update?

In October, my A35 received One UI 8/Android 16 upgrade and later the October Security patch.

However, it is still stuck on the September 2025 Google Play System Update. It should have received the October Google Play System update by now.

Some users are not even close to current with Play system updates. I'm still stuck on July.

My A54 5g received the October 2025 Google Play System update however my 2 S23's are on September 2025.
