A Series & Other MobileHey Tscha, Welcome to the Samsung Community!
Weโve reviewed your situation and would be happy to help. First, have you checked your phoneโs settings yet? You can usually find this under Call Settings in your dialer app.
To do this, open your phoneโs dialer, tap the threeโdot menu in the topโright corner, and select Settings. From there, choose Voicemail (not the voicemail option that appears before the settings menu). You should see a section that displays your voicemail number.
If you select the voicemail menu option directly, it should dial your voicemail number, which will appear on your screen. If it does not dial a number, you will need to contact your carrier, as this likely means a voicemail box has not been set up on your account. We hope this helps resolve the issue you were experiencing, if not, don't hesitate to reach back out to us. Thank you for being part of the Samsung Community!
