Opened up text messages today to send my friend a screenshot, I click the gallery button and I'm met with this.

It's laggy and straight up crashed my phone.
I brushed it off as 'from the last update' but my mom who also has an A53 doesn't have this mode, and the last time I sent a photo was Monday June 2nd, in which it used this mode, which is what I'm used to and is the mode on my mom's phone.
āSo, has anyone else had this? is this mode normal?
What I've determined thanks to customer support:
My phone is fully up to date.
The cache has already been cleared.
It is not Google lens.
It's not an auto-launch feature.
Any ideas (or just confirmation that this is indeed what it's supposed to look like) is greatly appreciated.
