After I've updated my phone to the latest security update that I received ( September security update)
And I noticed that when I receive a notification it will be automatically cleared from the notification shade (I don't clear notifications)
Things are getting worse when the phone is on silent so I receive the notification silently and it will be cleared and I don't know that I received a notification (I have to check every app to see if I get a new message)
And something when I am using the phone I don't even receive notifications
I don't know what to do please give me suggestions on what I can do?
I checked the notification settings and nothing wrong and I made the app battery settings to be unrestricted but even this didn't change anything i still have the same problem and it's too much annoying because I don't know that I get notifications
First, clear the phone's cache partition. Then put in an error report. In the short term, download Good Lock's Notistar and your entire notification history will be there. You can check whenever you feel like it and see if you have any new notifications.
1. Power off your phone. Hold Power and vol up buttons until Samsung Logo appears 2. Let go of both buttons when you see the Samsung Logo appear on screen. There will be a delay while it enters recovery mode. 3. Use the volume buttons to navigate through recovery menu options and highlight “Wipe Cache Partition.” Press power button to select this option. Confirm by navigating to the yes response and tapping the power button to select. 5. When wiping cache partition is complete, "reboot system now" should be highlighted; press power key to select it. The phone will reboot as normal.
