Thanks for responding. I'm trying to add another gmail email to my Galaxy A35 . When I follow the directions from some you tube videos to add an email account it asks for my password, not the actual email address first. Also when I go to the gmail app on my phone it opens automatically to an email address I already have installed, and I cannot log-out of it?
Ok soo when you go to your Gmail app and press on your picture on the top right, and add in new account, it will want to verify it's you. and that's why it's probably asking for your password or fingerprint. it does the same thing to me when I try to add a new email. It's a security thing
