After One Ui 7 update my internet/Data does not work.

My phone just won't connect to internet without wifi though I currently have a payed plan making my phone completely useless when leaving the house, I tried factory resetting and even put the Sim in an old phone I used before this one and found that the Sim works fine in the other phone. I am at a loss on how to fix this because my phone worked perfectly until the update finished.

You may also need to work with your service provider, as they are responsible for ensuring the connection to the services.

To test the hardware, try running the diagnostics in the Members app under the support tab.

If the phone is still unable to use carrier services, we recommend having t evaluated by an authorized service provider. Try resetting network and do a clear cache on phone

I gave both a shot, neither has changed anything. I have been trying to fix this since the update and from what I am getting it had to be the update that messed it up because everything worked until then, and if I put the Sim in my old phone that phone works perfectly but its a older one that doesn't have all the features this one does when its working properly.

Try the diagnostic test it has a connection test

I did that shortly before writing, its says everything is ok for whatever reason it just won't connect to the internet without wifi.

Have you contacted your carrier?  They may have to adjust some settings in the provisioning.  All things mobile network related are the province of the carrier.  They tweak the updates for their networks before running it out to customers, so if something went awry, it's on them - barring defective hardware.

I have and It's definitely not the service provider since the other phone aforementioned is working normally has service and everything just the A35 not working after the One UI update.

What is your other phone?  Different phones have different hardware.  Did you run a diagnostic to make sure your hardware is OK?  If it is, it's definitely a carrier issue, as they are the ones who tweak and push out the update.  There is no reason other than a hardware issue or a carrier issue that you would have no phone service.  You could, of course, just factory reset your phone which will give you a clean operating system that was not installed over an old one and then restore your backup (OS is never backed up, only settings and apps).  So if it was a messed up installation, you would likely not have the same issue.
