A Series & Other MobileHave you contacted your carrier? They may have to adjust some settings in the provisioning. All things mobile network related are the province of the carrier. They tweak the updates for their networks before running it out to customers, so if something went awry, it's on them - barring defective hardware.

A Series & Other MobileWhat is your other phone? Different phones have different hardware. Did you run a diagnostic to make sure your hardware is OK? If it is, it's definitely a carrier issue, as they are the ones who tweak and push out the update. There is no reason other than a hardware issue or a carrier issue that you would have no phone service. You could, of course, just factory reset your phone which will give you a clean operating system that was not installed over an old one and then restore your backup (OS is never backed up, only settings and apps). So if it was a messed up installation, you would likely not have the same issue.
