Any reason I get scrambled symbols on my screen?

Any reason I get scrambled symbols on my screen? Once I got -() scattered like a stair, but I guess it was a kernel dump since I forced my phone to kernel panic, but I got it when force restarting, I also once got a Kirby looking pixelated character without the face scattered like a stair, all I know it can be a gpu prob , kernel dump, hardware issue or display issue. My model is SM-A156U1. Edit: well i only once kernel panicked it becuz it said root only and i was sure i didn't have any root, I haven't done it again only one time. I think i have ghost root lol. Edit again: I think it found the problem, it only pops up when I force restart. Apparently its the GPU sending sum trash dump to the screen ( like what it was doing last before the force restart or something ) and it shows those symbols.
