Im having issues with apps not playing audio or video. I have to stop them, clear my cache and restart. My ok Google can't hear me anymore. My alexa app on phone doesn't respond. Needing to charge phone 2x as much as before.

Are you experiencing no audio/video with only third-party apps or all (including the native apps)?
Can you confirm what type of device you are using?

Test in Safe Mode:

Also, double-check that your device and all apps are up-to-date to the latest software version.
