A Series & Other MobileI'm afraid only you can change your screen back - that is not something Samsung can do. If you can't move things, check to see if you accidentally either turned on "lock home screen" or turned on "easy mode". Either one will prevent you from moving things on your screen, but easy mode will change everything completely. If easy mode got turned on, turning it off will return everything to normal. If neither of those settings are on, if you had Good Lock's Home Up running, and you had home screen backup on, you can restore your home screen exactly as it was, no matter how it got scrambled. If you do not have home up or have backup on, then you can just restore your phones automatic backup from the Samsung cloud - but you have to do it before the next backup is made tonight. I once had a cat that used to step on my phone and accidentally move icons.
