A Series & Other MobileWith the Samsung A34 in the UK I have the issue that when mobile data and WiFi is turned on, and I am connected to my home WiFi. The issue arises if I leave the house and hence leave the WiFi zone. The phone does NOT connect to mobile data! There is no 5g, 4g, 3g or anything and it never connects. I have left for 1 hour and it still won't connect. Turning mobile data on and off does not work. Turning airplane mode on and off doesn't work. The only thing that works is a phone restart, and it's really annoying. There is plenty of mobile data, as after a restart I have full 5g service! This also happens at work when I am connected to the work WiFi and then leave work and the works WiFi. Please Samsung investigate this, it's a real issue and has been going on for 6+ months. If any more information is needed so the issue can be replicated in order to fix, please let me know. I'm happy to support.

A Series & Other MobileThat's happened to me on my A56, and yes I did need a restart. I had reset my network settings and update anything that needs updating and I found that that helped with the constant disconnecting. I also found that it sometimes happens when I try to browse something where there is no signal and then when the phone gets signal it won't browse on what I am trying to look for. Then again reset was needed.

A Series & Other MobileHi, thank you for your response. However,I do not see how it can be a carrier issue. I have seen others post on here regarding the issue when using other carriers to mine. One person even changed their carrier and the issue was still present see : https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/A-Series-Other-Mobile/A34-mobile-data-doesn-t-automatically-conn...
In addition, ever time I restart the phone (without changing location) I have 5 bars mobile service, so in my mind there is no problem from the carrier in terms of service coverage.
