I'm wondering why my battery won't charge. It's SM- A166U . I have it plugged in now as I am using it and it keeps losing power. Does anyone have this problem? If so what can I do?

Have you tried cleaning out your usb-c port to make sure it's making good contact when you plug it in?

Hello @Clover312 ,

At the bottom of the members app, I suggest clicking on the support tab and running the diagnostic tests to check the battery and see if any issues arise. Additionally, I recommend trying a different power brick and cable to ensure that the brick is functioning correctly and is providing sufficient power to charge your device.

@Clover312 The usual culprits are bad cable, bad charging adapter, damaged USB port, or failed battery. 

Have you tried changing the cable and the charging adapter?

I would try different cables, but be sure, not all USB c cables are the same. And if still has an issue try a different brick, if the problem persist, I would take it to a Samsung store for further assistance. Than there is a diagnostic section on this app that can assist in diagnosing the issue.
