Samsung should refund me on this garbage A54 I've been using for over two years. It has just gotten worse. I am reading to get a replacement device. 99 % chance it WONT be a Samsung device. Just thought I'd let you know. Samsung did offer to take this phone back, but I had to pay them money on a credit card for this to happen. I was floored. Samsung actually wanted me to front hundreds of dollars to take the A54 back and then they they would refund the money after they physically received it. Unreal........ Hello Motorola.
Well if you dont have samsung care or a extended warranty you can't do really anything so what I would recommend is save up, trade-in, then get a new phone and by the way whenever you purchase things it has a 2 week refund policy and you stated you had yours for 2 years so yes, after that period things will get worse depending on the usage it's complete normal especially with budget phones.
