You are highly unlikely to receive the beta through the Samsung Members app for this budget model, it is confirmed to receive the stable version of the updates shortly after the flagship models.
@Pianodude58 is correct. A1X series devices are generally not included in public betas.
While it can be cost prohibitive, if beta testing is important to you, the best way to ensure access going forward is to purchase the current gen S series devices factory unlocked directly from Samsung. Even older S series are often ineligible.
Current gen Z series are also often eligible, but receive betas much later than the S series.
eventually it might come but probably not for beta but s25 series have gotten theirs I believe they're on number seven or something beta and I'm using a flip 7 and I'm on beta 1, after that it should be 24 series and whatnot it might be a while till that a17 gets it but Samsung has lineups or at least models that newer software upgrades will be getting or include so your best bet is go to Samsung and search a 17 and see if it pops up if it doesn't then I won't be getting it if it does it will eventually get it with a rough estimate time next to it
