A Series & Other MobileI purchased a Galaxy A36 brand new (Model: SM-S366V) from Total Wireless, I was curious about using Bixby, so i opened it in "Settings - Advanced Features - Bixby", and there's a message saying that Bixby is not available for this device. I tried clearing the app data, signing in to my Samsung Account, updating Bixby through the Galaxy Store, and it didn't work. Can this be because its not available in my region, which is the United States, or this is a bug?

A Series & Other MobileHere's a breakdown of why Bixby might not be available and how to troubleshoot:
1. Device Compatibility:
Check Compatibility:
Not all Galaxy A models support Bixby. Refer to Samsung's support page for a list of compatible devices. If your A36 is not on the list, Bixby may not be fully supported.
Model Number:
Ensure you're using the correct model number (e.g., A36 5G). There can be slight variations between models, and compatibility might differ, says Samsung.
2. Bixby Activation and Setup:
Long Press Power Button:
On many Galaxy A models, including the A36, you can activate Bixby by pressing and holding the power button, says Samsung.
Follow Setup Prompts:
If Bixby is activated, you'll be guided through the setup process, including registering your voice and granting permissions.
Bixby App:
If you can't activate it via the power button, you may need to open the Bixby app (if it's available on your device) and follow the setup instructions there.
3. Troubleshooting Bixby Issues:
Clear Bixby Data:
If Bixby isn't responding or displaying errors, try clearing the data for Bixby system apps (Bixby Voice, Routines, etc.) within your phone's settings.
Factory Reset:
As a last resort, if the above steps don't work, you can perform a factory data reset, but be aware this will erase all your data.
Check for Updates:
Ensure your phone's software and Bixby apps are up to date.
Contact Support:
If you've tried all the above steps and Bixby still isn't working, contact Samsung support for further assistance.
