Not natively. You'd have to copy the message text into a blank doc and save it that way. If you're trying to preserve texts for evidentiary purposes, screenshots are your best bet.
You can download an app called SMS backup and restore, and save all (or specific) texts. You will be able to read, share and print them through the app's viewer.
