Can’t access voicemails

Hi people leaving voicemails but I don’t see them and can’t access them. When I try to refresh the app I get an error message that says can’t connect to Visual Voice Mail at this time. Check your network connection and try again later. If you’re still not able to connect, contact Customer Service.

 

i tried deleting the app but it won’t let me.

 

Any suggestions? I have a GalaxyA20 btw.

Visual Voicemail is a carrier specific feature. Any issues with it should be taken up with your network provider.

If you are getting notified of voicemails, it means your mailbox is working.  You can access your voicemail by long pressing the "1" button on your phone pad (has the recorder icon over it), or direct dialing your voicemailbox.  Of course, you will have to listen to each message, rather than pick and choose which ones and in which order you want to listen to them - the old fashioned way.  If you are using the Samsung VVM app, you cannot uninstall it, but you can clear the app cache (and data, if necessary).  Doing this will refresh the app, as if it was a clean install.  If, on the other hand, people have told you they left voicemails and you are getting no notifications, then the issue is with your carrier.  Try calling your vm and see if there are actually messages in there.
