Hello everyone! I currently have an A56 (updated to the lastest version) and while I was customizing my lock screen, I discovered that I can also customize the lock icon and change it to other shapes (like the heart-shaped lock). However, I also saw a gallery option, which means I can import my own photos for the lock icon and so I tried to import a photo. Unfortunately, that is where it started to become bugged because when I tried to click the lock icon again to customize it, I could no longer customize it. It just kept on exiting me on lockscreen customization and returning me to my homescreen. I tried for several times to click the lock icon to try to customize it again but it is no longer showing me the options and what i previously mentioned happens again. Please help me on what to do as I really want to customize my lock icon, thank you so much.
